Notes

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge. The property includes year round views of the Clark Fork River and is a seasonal water front property off of the Target Range irrigation channel, which is fed from the Clark Fork River. Parking is right in front of the home and allows for 2 vehicles (parked end to end in front of garage). If there are additional vehicles over 2 please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in finding a solution. No parking on the street in front of the home between 8-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, as the University of Montana tows in this residential district. The guest parking pass is available for use during the time frame listed above (there is a 4 hour max).
