CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises! WIFI / INTERNET DETAILS The house has free Wi-Fi. The details are: Network: WILLIAMS Password: cooneyridgeretreat APPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION AIR CONDITIONING The air conditioner is here for your use. Please make sure you turn it off when you leave the house. FANS Our home is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. The remote control for the ceiling fan is located on the wall to your left as you walk into the front door. There is also a fan in the sleeping loft you are welcome to use. HEATING Our home has four electric heaters that keeps the place toasty warm. You will find the heater units mounted on the walls in the following locations: - Just to the right of the front door if you are walking in - Behind the couch - Next to the washer/dryer - In the bathroom below the towel rack You can adjust the heaters using the dial on the top and press the button to turn them on or off. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances and dishware. We do not have a dishwasher, so please wash dishes by hand and let them dry on a dishtowel next to the sink. The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know. The filter for the water is changed frequently. Please feel free to drink water from the fridge, but our well water is also drinkable and filtered. TRAEGER GRILL You are welcome to use our Traeger grill, located on the porch. For full directions on how to use the grill as well as to get recipes, we recommend visiting the Traeger website: www.traegergrills.com. Please clean the grill after use and do not leave it unattended. Pellets for the grill are in the hopper. LAUNDRY APPLIANCES Please feel free to use our washer and dryer. There is a supply of detergent for your use. To operate the machines, simply select the program you want, place the detergent pod directly in the washer, close the door, and hit start. SMART TV You are welcome to sign into your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. accounts through our Smart TV. We do not have cable television service here. SECURITY INFORMATION The property had two outdoor cameras for security purposes. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION BED LINEN / TOWELS Bed linens and towels are all clean upon your arrival. Should you require extra bedding, you can find it in the loft behind the closet or in the pantry next to the bathroom. PULL-OUT COUCH There is a queen mattress located in the pull-out sofa. Extra linens and pillows are in the loft or in the pantry next to the bathroom. BATHTUB QUIRK Due to a quirk with our water heater, the only way to fill the bathtub is by using the showerhead nozzle. Feel free to take a bath, but make sure to give yourself some time to fill the tub with the showerhead. TRASH & RECYCLING The trash and recycling are located under the sink. If you need to take out the trash during your stay, it gets emptied into the bin located in the shed. SAFETY INFORMATION & RENTAL RULES SEPTIC SYSTEM We have a septic system here, so please be mindful of what you flush down the toilets. Feminine hygiene products should be disposed of in the bathroom trash bin provided. PETS Your pets are welcome here! Please feel free to make use of the kennel outside the house. We ask that you clean up after you dogs and to keep them on a leash or within voice control. Please be respectful of our neighbours and do not leave dogs barking unattended. SMOKING POLICY & WILDFIRE MITIGATION We respectfully ask that you do not smoke inside or outside the house. Especially during the summer, it can be very dry here. To avoid starting a wildfire, please do not light any fires on our property (to include campfires). SAFETY INFORMATION EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS For emergency services please immediately call 911. You will certainly need a vehicle to access our property (no public transportation here). In the winter, 4-wheel drive can be necessary for the road.Interaction
We live elsewhere but are available by phone or text. We have someone located nearby who can help out if anything goes wrong or you need something.Neighbourhood
Our cabin is located in a rural area outside of Missoula. The property is 10 acres and the cabin is located in the center of the property. You are welcome to walk and explore! The southern border of the property is the neighbor's driveway. To the west, the trees become dense on the property line and the neighbor's driveway and house is visible. The northern border of the property is a fence and the eastern border is Cooney Ridge Road.Notes
